Dr. Mihaela Postolachi
Principal Dentist
Dr Mihaela has completed her Bachelor of Dental Science in 2001 and has been practising in Australia since 2010 where she was accredited by the Australian Dental Council.
​
Always expanding her experience into all aspects of General Dentistry. Dr Mihaela strongly believes in minimal dentistry and is eager to build a strong connection with the community. Through the model of care implemented, prevention and educating patients will help overcome their Oral Health care.
​
She is very gentle, professional, happy to answer any of your questions you may have regarding your treatment options.
​
Outside dentistry, Mihaela loves spending time with her husband and two children and has a passion for Photography.
Hieu Tran
Oral Health Therapist
Hieu completed her Bachelor of Oral Health at the University of Melbourne in 2013, graduating with distinction on the Dean's Honours List. She brings over a decade of experience and a strong commitment to preventive dental care, aiming to make a lasting difference in the oral health of the community.

Hieu has a gentle and compassionate approach, especially when working with children. She strives to create a positive and relaxed dental experience from an early age, helping to build confidence and good oral hygiene habits for life.
​With an extended scope of practice, Hieu provides restorative and periodontal care for adults, ensuring a high standard of comprehensive treatment tailored to each patient’s needs.

Stephanie
Practice Co-Ordinator
Oral Health Educator
Meet Stephanie our Practice Co-Ordinator, who completed her Certificate III in Dental Assisting at RMIT in 2008, before furthering her studies with a Certificate IV in Dental Assisting (Radiology and Oral Health Education) in 2015.
​
As the Practice Co-ordinator, Stephanie is dedicated to ensuring the day-to-day operations at The Quay Family Dental run smoothly and efficiently, helping to create a seamless experience for both patients and the clinical team.
​
Outside of the clinic, Stephanie enjoys spending quality time with her husband and young son. She is enthusiastic about renovating and has a genuine passion for art.
Indee-Roze
Dental Assistant
Receptionist
Meet Indee-Roze, our friendly Dental Assistant who has been a valued member of our team since 2021. With a strong understanding of the dental field, Indee-Roze is always happy to assist patients with any questions from booking appointments and explaining dental treatments.

Indee-Roze completed her Certificate III in Dental Assisting in 2022.​

Outside the clinic, Indee-Roze is currently completing her Bachelor’s Degree in Health Sciences and enjoys expanding her knowledge in nutrition and health.
Elizabeth
Dental Assistant
Receptionist
Elizabeth joined our practice in 2023 and has quickly become a valued member of our team. With a genuine commitment to patient care and clinical support, she is passionate about creating a comfortable and positive experience for every patient while supporting our clinicians with care, organisation, and a calm, professional approach.

Currently completing her Certificate in Dental Assisting, Elizabeth is committed to refining her skills and continuing to grow professionally within the field. She takes pride in providing attentive, gentle care and helping patients feel comfortable and at ease during their visits.

Outside the clinic, Elizabeth volunteers with G.A.W.S., reflecting her compassionate and caring nature for animals.
Sebika
Dental Assistant
Sebika is an overseas-qualified dentist who joined our team in 2025 after relocating from Nepal. With her strong clinical background and passion for patient care, she brings valuable knowledge and experience to our practice.

Currently working as a Dental Assistant, Sebika is in the process of completing her Australian registration so she can practise as a dentist here. In the meantime, she is enjoying expanding her skills within the Australian dental system and supporting our clinicians in delivering high-quality care to our patients.
Sebika is dedicated, gentle, and always happy to help patients feel comfortable and informed during their visit. Outside the clinic, she enjoys exploring the Australian landscape and has a love for gardening.
