Dr. Mihaela Postolachi

Principal Dentist
Dr Mihaela has completed her Bachelor of Dental Science in 2001 and has been practising in Australia since 2010 where she was accredited by the Australian Dental Council.
​
Always expanding her experience into all aspects of General Dentistry. Dr Mihaela strongly believes in minimal dentistry and is eager to build a strong connection with the community. Through the model of care implemented, prevention and educating patients will help overcome their Oral Health care.
​
She is very gentle, professional, happy to answer any of your questions you may have regarding your treatment options.
​
Outside dentistry, Mihaela loves spending time with her husband and two children and has a passion for Photography.
Dr. Matthew Tan
Dentist
Dr Matt was educated in the University of Queensland, graduating with honours in 2019. Since then, he's lived along the regional east coast, servicing rural towns while enjoying the beach and all of the wonders it has to offer. Since moving to Melbourne, Matt has sorely missed the beach and the charm of being part of a closer knit community.
​
Matt enjoys all aspects of dentistry, with a particular interest in restoring broken down, and replacing missing teeth. As a rather relaxed individual, you can rest assured that he will take the time to meet your dental needs at your pace.
Outside of work, you can find Matt exploring the many national parks Victoria has to offer, scuba diving, surfing, or is at home with his cats.
Hieu Tran

Oral Health Therapist
Hieu completed her Bachelor of Oral Health at Melbourne University with the Deans Honours list Award in 2013. Hieu is joining the practice to bring her extensive knowledge to fulfill the preventive dental approach to the community.
​
She is caring towards treating children, and she strongly believes into minimal invasive treatment such as Hall Technique ( Stainless Steel Crowns).
When treating adults, Hieu has the extended scope of practice allowing her to take on board restorative and periodontal cases.
​
In her spare time, she enjoys catching up with friends, trying new and different cuisines, spending time with husband and two boys.

Stephanie
Practice Co-Ordinator
Oral Health Educator
Stephanie completed her Certificate III in Dental Assisting at RMIT in 2008.
She furthered her studies and completed her Dental Assisting Certificate IV in Radiology and Oral Health Education in 2015.
​
Stephanie's main focus is prevention, coaching patients towards optimal Oral Health.
As the practice Co-Ordinator, Stephanie is determined to ensure that all operations at the Quay Family Dental are run smoothly and efficiently, in the dental clinic.
Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys spending time with her husband and little boy, she's enthusiastic about renovating and is passionate about art.

Meet Indee-Roze our friendly Dental Assistant who has been with us since 2021. With her excellent understanding in the dental field, Indee-Roze will be able to answer any questions you may have. Such as scheduling your dental appointment, any dental treatment you may be interested to know more about to guiding you about a dental product that has been suggested by our dentist.
Indee-Roze has recently completed her Certificate III in Dental Assisting and is excited to continue developing her skills into the future.

Our newest team member, Anna recently moved from the hustle and bustle of Melbourne to be closer to the ocean. With over two years of reception experience, Anna is determined to provide you with the best experience to make the most suitable appointment for you according to your dental needs.
Anna is expanding her knowledge into the dental clinic and will be training up as your outgoing, caring and friendly Dental Assistant.

When not working, Anna loves to find the best locations for outdoor treks and enjoys spending time socializing with friends.
